To best assist her clients, Kendra relies on her experience, her continual study of changes in the market, and the additional knowledge gained from taking specialized classes that add to her skills. After 6 years in the industry, she obtained her Texas Broker's license, and started her own brokerage. She is also a designated member of the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Miltary Relocation Professional (MRP), is certified in New Home Construction (NHC), and Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR). She is also a licensed Realtor® in Oklahoma, North and South Carolina, and Georgia, and Texas Escrow Officer allowing her to share knowledge from the title industry.
 
The daughter of JAG officer, Kendra has moved around quite a bit from a young age, but she has called DFW her home for the last 17 years. A UNT alum, she and her family purchased their first home in Little Elm early in 2018. They are avid Disney fans, animal lovers, and sports fanatics! In their free time you can find them sitting out on their patio watching a football, hockey, or basketball game with their three rabbits and two small dogs. Prior to her career in real estate, Kendra dabbled in culinary arts and catering management. She still enjoys cooking for family and friends, but her true passion is focused in real estate. In her first year, she served as property manager to a large company, while closing over a million and a half dollars in home sales from Denison to Little Elm, and all the way to Cleburne. She has experience in new construction, pre-owned homes, lots/land, and investment/rental properties. She also works closely with independent builders in developing areas of North Texas.
